| We have developed a method of resurfacing existing concrete that can dramatically change the appearance of concrete that has cracked, spalled, settled, been painted, or failed in some way. This process involves constructing an unbonded concrete overlay that is a minimum of 1 ½” thick. It is reinforced with wire mesh and 2 ¼” structural synthetic fibers. Our product creates the look of cast-in-place concrete tile, brick, or stone.The result is a unique custom masonry product. Our construction process allows us to pour decorative concrete in thin applications on wooden decks. We create the look of cast in place concrete tile, brick, or stone. This solid surface material can provide a dry area underneath the deck that can be utilized during inclement weather or for storage. It is fireproof, insect proof, and will not rot; so it is well suited for harsh environments. Because our product can be used on different surfaces, we can provide a continuous look from your deck, down your stairs, and onto a sidewalk that connects to a pool area. |

Our construction process incorporates innovations that are unique to our company. We create a cast-in-place concrete tile, brick, or stone look product with the structural integrity of heavily reinforced concrete. We utilize 2 ¼” structural synthetic fibers for three-dimensional support in combination with ½” reinforcing steel rod. The deep impressions that are made in the concrete to establish the patterns are actually grouted in a separate process. This creates the permanent realistic and distinct look of custom masonry. It is important to note that this is not a simulated grout joint that relies or a superficial stain to establish a color difference as is the case with other companies. |

| We can also hide construction/control joints or place them within the grout lines to make them less obvious. When we are constructing thin applications on decks or for resurfacing, these joints actually become a geometrically-patterned crack-control system done in a decorative way. In addition to the extensive reinforcement, our concrete utilizes integral color and an internal waterproofer. We have 19 patterns and a vast selection of colors to choose from. Our construction process is also used to renovate interior floors. This application can be used over substrates such as wood or concrete, and can be designed to be bonded or unbonded. These overlays, which create a cast-in-place concrete that resembles tile, brick, or stone can remodel areas that are out of level, painted, or deteriorated in some way. This process can also be utilized for interior new construction. Both approaches can incorporate radiant heat and are unaffected by moisture. |

Internal, three-dimensional reinforcement with structural synthetic fibers make these floors extremely rugged and durable. These floors are finished with a protective sealer that provides both stain resistance and ease of maintenance.
